We understand that real estate is a 24/7 business and that buyers and vendors are always looking for property or service, which means—on the rare occasion—your staff may require emergency support outside of our regular business hours.

Emergency phone support is available for genuinely urgent matters*. If you require emergency phone support outside of our normal support hours, please call us on 03 9328 5455 and follow the after-hours prompts to leave an emergency message.

Other forms of support

Help Centre – We have a comprehensive knowledge base that can help with 90% of all requests. Our knowledge base is kept up-to-date and is verified for accuracy after each iDashboard release. We prefer that you seek all ‘how do I…’ information from the Help Centre before you contact us for support.

Property Assistance – For help and assistance with an individual property in iDashboard, we recommend using the Need help with this property? feature inside each property. For more information on this feature, please refer to this article.

*Please be aware that emergency support is only available for genuinely urgent requests. If your request is not urgent, as deemed by iProperty, you may incur a $110 + GST priority support fee. Callers requesting emergency support will be reminded of this fee.
