All good CRM applications will manage your clients, listings and provide you with a bunch of helpful tools such as printable marketing material, email campaigns. and uploads to real estate websites and portals.

iDashboard is an instant uploader, we’re we aim to have your listing update packaged and uploaded to real estate portals within a few minutes of you clicking save.
Our unique Portal Delay feature also shows you if any websites are experiencing delays processing updates, helping you manage client expectations.
All you need is to setup an account with each real estate portal you would like to upload to, such as Realestate.com.au or Domain.com.au.
During the setup process, tell them you would like to use iDashboard as your ‘bulk uploader’, and they will arrange the necessary process behind-the-scenes with our team.
Yes – you’re more than welcome to use a dedicated rental management system and upload your rentals to iDashboard for advertising on your website and real estate portals.
No – all you need is an internet browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
Your account will be ready and available to access within 48 hours of your account application.
Yes – iDashboard has a built-in contact importer that accepts a standard CSV file.
Our unique field mapping tool also means your file doesn’t need to be in any specific order and doesn’t need to have specific column names.
Yes – as part of getting started, if you’re an established agency we will be able to import all of your existing and historic property data from Realestate.com.au.
We also have a service where we can arrange manual discovery of your real estate data if it is publicly available.
Yes. We provide both business hours and emergency support from our office in Melbourne, Australia. We believe in providing all of our clients with the best possible support, no matter what package you are on. You can get help and support from us by:

- Calling us on 1800 432 742 (9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday)
- Visiting our Help Center at help.iproperty.com.au
Emergency support is available 24/7 free of charge for matters that are genuinely an emergency – just call us as normal on 1800 432 742 (this is a complimentary service, so please keep in mind that use of our emergency support service for matters that are not urgent may incur a priority support fee).
Yes (or, of course!). All new customers are provided with online training with one of our iDashboard experts.
Additional training is $110 + GST per hour, and because it is online, you can have more than one team member sit in on the training.
In addition to training, we have a full knowledge base online to help you learn iDashboard outside of business hours.
No. Your monthly iDashboard subscription fee covers your access to every feature of iDashboard, and there are no setup or portal activation fees.
Our only additional fees are for;
- SMS Credits
- Custom marketing material or email template layouts
Your monthly iDashboard subscription is payable only via Direct Debit (you can elect either a Bank Account or Credit Card).
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
