We want to make getting started with iDashboard as easy as possible, so we put together 7 simple steps to ensure you know how the journey starts and ends. Our process is simple, and no matter your level of technical knowledge, we are here to help you through the entire journey.

Book a consult

Book a free consultation with our team to find out how iDashboard can help you and your agency.

This is also your chance to talk with us about customisations, such as brand-specific marketing material and email layouts.

Complete on-boarding

We will send you a link to our on-boarding and direct debit forms so that we can get to know more about you, your company and your brand.

We'll setup your account

Our team will start setting up your iDashboard account for you. This usually occurs within 24 hours of completing your on-boarding forms.

We'll send your login

We’ll send of your first username and password to you and you’ll be able to jump straight into iDashboard to start importing contacts and customising your settings.

Enroll in basics training

iDashboard is incredibly easy to learn, but we do recommend a quick online training session to cover settings and the basics, such as how to add contacts and how to manage listings.

Notify websites and portals

Now is the time that you will need to notify any real estate websites and portals you use that you would like to send property data to your account from iDashboard.

If you are uploading to an established Realestate.com.au account, we will receive an ‘extract’ of your data, which will pre-populate your new iDashboard account all of your current and historical listings – this also avoids any additional costs from REA due to duplicate listings.

Your ready to go

That’s it! You and your agency are now ready to go with your new iDashboard account.

Support & Aftercare

Your iDashboard account might be up and running, but that’s not the end of our relationship, this is just the start… Need help with adding your first property? Not quite sure how a feature works? Support for your new iDashboard account is just an email or phone call away. 

In addition to your support interactions with our team, we also take care of the behind-the-scenes platform updates, such as cloud updates, security patches, firewall updates, and everything else that goes into running iDashboard. What’s more, is if we create any new features, add-ons, integrations or settings, your iDashboard account will automatically receive these updates – usually at no extra charge!
