4. Enhanced Search Results Navigation
The search results screen now features a new Actions menu for listings, providing quick access to key functions. Additionally, a ‘Jump To’ feature has been added for seamless navigation between different statuses, such as Listed and Settled, without needing to go through intermediate stages.
5. Simplified Appraisal Management
Adding an Appraisal is now accessible from the top right corner of the search results screen. Although the Add Appraisal option will be returning to the Real Estate menu in a future update, this temporary placement ensures that you can continue to manage appraisals efficiently.

Inside a property record, Publishing and Preview Links have been relocated to the right side of the screen. This adjustment simplifies the process of managing property listings and previewing changes.
7. Quick Status Changes
You can now seamlessly transition between different property statuses, such as Listed to Settled, directly from the same area without needing to go through Under Contract or Sold stages. This enhancement speeds up your workflow and reduces the number of clicks required.

We’ve introduced a new Actions menu that provides easy access to functions such as Withdraw, Send SMS, or Duplicate Property. This menu is designed to streamline your tasks and improve your efficiency.
9. Simplified Media Editing
Editing media is now more straightforward. Simply click on Edit to reorder or delete images, and then save your changes with a single click.
10. Consolidated Tabs for Mobile Access
To enhance mobile accessibility, several tabs have been consolidated:
- Notes are now located in the Overview tab.
- Action Plans have been simplified to Tasks.
- Print Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Website Views are now found under the Marketing tab.
- Attachments and Document Library have been merged into the Documents tab.
- Feeds, Property History, and Address History are now combined in the History tab.
