With iDashboard’s AI Description Generation, users can quickly generate a property description based on the information already available in the system. When generating a description, users can enter custom highlights to guide the AI. This is useful when there are specific selling points you want included, such as a renovated kitchen, large outdoor entertaining area, nearby schools, investment potential or a quiet location.
These highlights help shape the generated description so it better aligns with the way you want the property presented.
Summarise Descriptions for Brochures
The AI Description Generator can also be used to summarise the internet description for brochures.
This is particularly useful when your online listing description is too long for printed material, window cards or other marketing formats. Instead of manually rewriting the content, iDashboard can help create a shorter version that is better suited to brochure-style marketing.
