We’ve seen an increase in scam messages impersonating iProperty, iDashboard and other trusted platforms. These messages may be designed to steal login credentials, verification codes, personal information or money.

Knowing what our team will—and will never—ask you to do can help you identify a suspicious message.

What we will never ask you to do

iProperty, iDashboard and iDashsites will never:

  • Contact you from an email address that does not end in @iproperty.com.au. We do not use Gmail, Outlook or other free email services.
  • Send an email containing a signature with a profile photo or LinkedIn profile link.
  • Ask for the username or password to any iProperty product, including iDashboard or your WordPress website.
  • Ask for your two-factor verification code by phone, email or SMS.
  • Ask you to pay via PayID, PayPal, cryptocurrency or gift cards for any product, service or fee.

Before paying a new invoice, compare it with a previous genuine iProperty invoice, purchase order or domain renewal. Check the sender’s email address and the payment details carefully.

What to do if a message seems suspicious

If a message asks for any of the above—or you receive an unsolicited email claiming to be from our team—do not reply, share information, click links or make a payment.

Instead, contact iProperty directly on 1800 432 742 to confirm whether the message is genuine.

A quick check with our team can help protect your account, your information and your agency.
